Years ago, hardworking dreamers moving from Mexico in America, got tired of so many struggles but those small successes from washing dishes to cooking and serving, were enough to light up their souls and embark in a quest to make a name for themselves and make the family back in Mexico proud. Coming from Mexico all the way up to Charlottesville Virginia,  they found a town in need of Mexican Flavor and so, on 1988 the first Restaurant Guadalajara was born. Our growth was the product and passion of consistency on great food and customer satisfaction. The passion for a "good, clean, and fair" food and consistency for many years has set their roots with so many regulars across the state and travelers from around the globe.

Guadalajara Cville serves genuine mexican cuisine and variety of entrees at Charlottesville, same menu, four great locations.  The variety of meat choices for tacos, Mexican fajitas, Pork and Seafood amazing options, customers also order Carnitas, amazing Enchiladas and more, as many traditional seafood Entrees. So good, so much to offer. This is great!
