Mexican friends came to America, tired of so many struggles but those small successes were enough to light up their souls and embark in a quest to make a name for themselves and make the family back in Mexico proud.   Moving from Mexico  all the way up to Virginia, they found a town in need of Mexican Flavor and so, on in 1988 in Downtown Charlottesville, Guadalajara Mexican Cville was born.  The passion for a "good, clean, and fair" food and consistency for many years has set their roots with so many regulars across Virginia and travelers from around the globe.
